|
| The 400 GT 2+2 is a once in a lifetime chance to purchase a real ONE OWNER | |
| from new 400 GT after 56 years. It has an incredible history with just one | |
| German owner family up from 1967. |
| The first owner bought the car on the 2nd of November 1967 at Lamborcar | |
| Garage Maiocchi s.r.l. in Milano/ Italy in the most attractive color combination of | |
| Grigio metalizzato with a brown, so-called Tobacco pigskin leather interior. | |
| The 400 GT was then registered on the first owners name in Italy on the 7th of | |
| November 1967. This is documented by the original Italian registration. |
| After the car was transported to Mindelheim/Germany, the residence of the first | |
| owner, it was registered with the Kraftfahrzeugbrief (Dt. Pappdeckelbrief) on the | |
| 16th of November 1967. This document was valid until the first owner passed | |
| away in 2005 and the Lamborghini was inherited to his wife. |
| The Lamborghini 400 GT is now registered on the widow’s name and is still the | |
| one and only title issued and valid up to 2023. |
| I suppose that this Lamborghini 400 GT 2+2 might be the one and only ONE | |
| OWNER from new car in existence on the planet. |
| The car is now 56 years old and the interior is still in unbelievable nearly like | |
| new condition. The dashboard and all its instruments and gauges are like new. | |
| The original pigskin leather is in fabulous preserved condition. Even the carpets | |
| and headliner are still original. We have never found a better interior of a 400 | |
| GT 2+2 in our long career. It is not only looking perfectly it is as well smelling | |
| perfectly how a 56-year-old Lamborghini has to smell. This is something what | |
| the real enthusiast is looking for. |
| The car still has its original engine with its correctly stamped numero interno | |
| # 905. The whole engine compartment is detailed and in flawless condition. | |
| The car is equipped with an original Borletti air condition which is pretty rare on | |
| European versions of the 400 GT. This is the first car we came across. |
| Since May 2023 we have worked on this car in our workshop spending more than | |
| 400 hours in labor and tons of material invested. The whole engine | |
| compartment has been detailed, carburetors and ignition overhauled, fluids | |
| changed and all necessary work has been carried out. We have spent quite | |
| some time and effort to rebuild the complete suspension, brakes, shocks and | |
| powder coating the suspension arms, new exhaust and redone Borrani wire | |
| wheels. It looks as well underneath gorgeous and it works perfectly. |
| The labor executed in our workshop for our Lamborghini 400 GT 2+2 is | |
| documented by a detailed invoice exceeding 100 k €. |
| Today it is in unbelievable condition after 57 years. |
| This is the Lamborghini 400 GT 2+2 for any serious Lamborghini collector and | |
| enthusiast. |
| This might be the ONCE IN A LIFETIME CHANCE to find the best. |
